Develop, control and execute automations
UiPath's licensing structure
In the area of process automation, we work with the market leader UiPath and have been awarded as a silver partner. We use the UiPath software to develop individual robots. Within the framework of our Centre of Excellence solution, we go one step further and accompany organisations in the complete development of their own centre of excellence. Here, we advise you holistically on the most important steps in change management and introduce the UiPath software in your company.
In order to understand the licence structure, it is important to take a closer look at the individual components of the software. Basically, there are three areas that can be distinguished:
with the studio
There are a total of three different development landscapes for the development of the software robots: the StudioX is used for the development of simple automations with drag & drop without programming and the Studio as well as Studio Pro is an advanced automation software that gives developers full control over the automation.
with the robot
Once the software is developed, you need a robot to execute the process. Here we distinguish between an unattended, attended and non-production software robot. While an unattended robot performs automation completely on its own, the attended robot requires human interaction. The non-production robot is required for testing.
Control with the
With the Orchestrator, you can overview, manage, steer and control the processes and especially the individual robots. Basically, the Orchestrator connects the two previous components (Studio and Robots) and enables the automations to run smoothly. In addition, you can use the Orchestrator to manage your licences.
